Week 1

Grounding & Detoxification

  • Abhyanga – Warm oil massage for grounding
  • Shirodhara – Oil streaming on forehead for mental calm

  • Gentle Basti – Herbal enema to stabilize the colon (seat of Vata)
Internal Medications
  • Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Tagara, Shankhapushpi – Adaptogens for stress and cognition
  • Manasamitra Vatakam – Ancient formula for emotional clarity
  • Chandraprabha Vati or Saraswatarishta – For sleep and relaxation
Dietary Guidelines
